Peter 與 Carl 目前回到了他們寫歌與錄音的地方 – 泰國，並且預告了他們將會在近期內宣布有關於新專輯的細節，可能是先釋出單曲試聽，也有可能是專輯名稱，目前還不得而知。
日前，Carl 向 NME 表示，他們這張新專輯將會帶給大家「驚喜的節奏感」；這第三張全新專輯，將是 The Libertines 闊別了將近十一年以來的第一張專輯。從 2014 年他們突然重組後，所有 The Libertines 的歌迷都對這張新專輯引頸期盼，再加上 The Libertines 於「海德公園( Hyde Park )」以及三場在「Alexandra Palace」的表演，The Libertines 的新專輯可以說是夾帶著滿滿的搖滾能量。
至於 Peter 的藥物沉癮治療呢？Peter 向 NME 表示，他們找了一家位在泰國東部的勒戒所，目前 Peter 已經在泰國完成了他的藥癮治療，可以和團員們盡情的在「Karma Studio」進行錄音。
於此同時，The Libertines 也確定會出席今年的「T in the Park」，還有 Reading Festival、Leeds Festival。相信 2015 年對於所有 The Libertines 的歌迷來說，將會是長久等待的終點，同時也是一個新時代的起點。
