雖然 Oasis 復合已經無望，但至少 Noel Gallagher 還有新專輯讓樂迷們滿足耳朵。
這張新專輯預計將於明年三月二號推出，名稱為《Chasing Yesterday》，不知道是不是 Noel Gallagher 在懷念往日了，否則幹嘛取個「追逐昨天」這樣的名字？
這張新專輯的樂團同樣是以「 Noel Gallagher & The High Flying Birds」為團名，主唱兼吉他當然是 Noel Gallagher，其餘團員為：鍵盤手 Mikey Rowe、鼓手 Jeremy Stacey、節奏吉他手 Tim Smith，以及貝斯手 Russell Pritchard。這張專輯中，Noel Gallagher 也找來了 Johnny Marr 合作，Noel Gallagher 表示：「不得不說他實在是一個非常非常優秀的吉他手、音樂人，之前在〈What A Life〉裡我就想找他來演奏了。」
目前 Noel Gallagher 公布了新專輯的第一首單曲〈In The Heat Of The Moment〉，Johnny Marr 所演出的歌曲將會是第二首主打歌，敬請期待囉，綠洲迷們！
